Constipation

A very common disturbance within the digestive tract, it restricts regular bowel movement. When waste matter and toxins are not eliminated through regular bowel movements due to chronic constipation, then these toxins are eventually carried into the bloodstream & its aftermath ailments like headaches, rheumatism, arthritis, appendicitis, acne and high blood pressure etc even as colon cancer.

Constipation Symptoms
The most common symptoms of constipation are infrequency, irregularity or difficulty in elimination of the hard faecal matter. The other symptoms include a coated tongue, foul breath, loss of appetite, headache, dizziness, dark circles under the eyes, depression, nausea, pimples on the face, ulcer in the mouth, constant fullness in the abdomen, diarrhoea alternating with constipation, varicose veins, pain in the lumbar region, acidity, heart burn, backache and insomnia.

Causes of constipation
Improper diet, Irregular eating habits, insufficient intake of water, Absence of fibrous food, Oily & Spicy Food, Junk Food, Fast Food, Lack of physical activity, Irritable colon, Spastic colitis, Emotional disturbances, Paralytic or mechanical obstruction to the passage of stools, irregular habit of defecation, certain drugs and during pregnancy.

Guava, Grapes, Orange, Papaya, Figs, Linseed (alse), Drink lot of water daily, Fibrous Food, Eat fruits (banana, papaya, pineapple, etc.), daily exercise regime, Sip warm water little by little in the morning, Opt fibre foods, Fast a day per week.

Found on the webbing between your thumb and pointer finger.
Joining the Valley
Slide your fingertip from He Gu Xue toward your wrist, feeling for a bony bump at about the halfway point. 
Crooked Pond
Bend your elbow and slide your thumb along the crease. Stop when you reach the end of the crease closest to your outer arm.
