Epistaxis (Nose Bleeding)

The most common of these primary causes are local Infections (vestibulitis, rhinitis, and sinusitis),
drying of the nasal mucous membrane, blunt or digital trauma, arteriosclerosis, hypertension, and bleeding tendencies associated with aplastic anemia, leukemia, thrombocytopenia, liver disease, and hereditary coagulopathies.

Working on these points can help you get better quicker. You do not have to use all of these points. Using just one or two of them whenever you have a free hand can be effective.
